Born and raised in the Wood River Valley, David was brought up in the world of construction. His professional journey began with building a two-story clubhouse as a pre-teen, which was featured in a Patagonia Catalog. This marked the beginning of David’s professional journey. David’s construction expertise has come from working in diverse locations throughout several states in the Mountain West and Alaska.rnrnAs a member of a professional association of builders, David has forged many important mentorships and learning opportunities that improve business. Some of David’s proudest professional accomplishments include increasing productivity amidst the 2008 recession by diligently seeking municipal, federal, and military contracts. Concurrently, David embarked on an ambitious educational journey, successfully obtaining esteemed credentials such as the Construction Management Association of America Certified Construction Manager Degree. Notably, David also assumed the role of a city commissioner and regional building president, all in a relentless pursuit to elevate his work and support his community. These dedicated efforts culminated in David’s recognition within numerous publications, solidifying his status as one of the nation’s premier builders.rnrnWhen not at work, David can be found scaling mountains or skiing down them. Ian Sundby is an experienced operations manager with a deep passion for construction management. He has a comprehensive understanding of all phases of construction, from concept to final product, and thrives in any environment he gets to put boots on the ground. He has directed many successful builds and enjoys that construction is an industry that recognizes and rewards not only hard work, but also smart work.rnrnWith over 20 years of experience in the industry, Ian provides a wealth of knowledge, an ability to recognize minute details and is known for providing thorough and accurate project assessments. He has seen and managed it all and knows exactly what it takes to get the job done right.rnrnOutside of work Ian is a husband, father, and dog lover.
